Field Usage Permits
Applications for a permit must be submitted by February 1st for field usage between March 1 through July 31 and July 1st for field usage between August 1 and December 15.
General liability insurance and permit fee are required.
The following days and times are for general community use and no permits shall be issued:
At Veterans, Poplar and Beechwood Parks
- Saturday: all day
- Sunday: before 9 am/ after 2 pm
- Monday - Friday: before 6pm
Middletown Community Park, Twin Oaks and the lit field at Poplar Park
- Saturday: before 9 am/after 5 pm (April 15th –July 31st after 8 pm)
- Sunday: before 9 am/after 5 pm (April 15th –July 31st after 6:30 pm)
- Monday-Friday: before 5 pm
