Here is an efficient way to let us know if a street light is not working. It's easy! Just fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button and we'll take care of the problem. You can also call our Public Works Department at (215) 943-2900 to report the outage.

If the street light is not working due to vandalism, PLEASE report it IMMEDIATELY to the Middletown Township Police Department at (215) 949-1000. Those caught damaging Township street lights will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All the information on the form is required to take care of the problem expeditiously. One of the most important items on the form is the Pole Number. The number is required to locate the exact pole with the problem. It is difficult to find a street light that does not function during the day when the lights are not on.
